Exception Ball size 11 inch & pitching rubber 35 ft. ============================================================ WFC Bandit Runner This player is a designated base runner.They can run for anyone at any time during a game.They are listed on batting line-up as BR. They do not bat or play the field. A team can enter a BR into a game as a subsitution, then BR is gone for the rest of the game. Courtesy Runners for catchers & pitchers is the last out or a substitute. ============================================================ Rosters A signed WFC roster must be turned in for each WFC tournament a team plays. Failure to do so could result in team being disqualified. ============================================================ Eligibility: A team's roster is frozen when a team plays a WFC State to finish qualifications to attend a WFC World Series Event. If a team plays a WFC State Event and is not attending a WFC World Series Event the roster is NOT frozen. If a team accept a berth to a WFC World Series Event by winning or receiving a passed down berth from a WFC Qualifing event the roster is frozen only for the WFC World Series, not for any other WFC events. This is only enforce for WFC events. ============================================================ A player may go up and down in age group, team to team from weekend to weekend with a release form as long as she meets the age requirements. ======================================================== The players age on Dec 31, 2007 is the eligibility age group ======================================================== Rules of Conduct If a coach is ejected from one game in a tournament he/she is subject to be ejected from the entire tournament. If a coach is ejected from two games in a tournament he/she will automatically be ejected from the entire tournament
