A team representative must check in at the Former Air Base Complex at 1004 Myers Street Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 at Field 5 between the hours of 6:00-8:00PM Friday night. Representatives will need to fill out a survey card and turn in hand written rosters. College Coaches & Scouts pre-request your Tournament Program Today.

Everyone should realize the schedule is subject to change due to teams dropping out, adding teams, rain, lights not working, field damage, games going extra innings, mistake made in schedule, and many more reasons. EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK SCHEDULE DAILY BEFORE & DURING THE TOURNAMENT. Because of this, teams need to expect the possibility of late games on any night and tournament format can be changed.
All games are 1 hour & 15 mins.

There will be free substitution on defense. The batting line-up most stay the same.
WFC Bandit Runner. This player is a designated base runner. They can run for anyone at any time during a game. They are listed on batting line-up as BR.
They do not bat or play the field..A team can enter a BR into a game as a subsitution, then BR is gone for the rest of the game.
Courtesy Runners for catchers & pitchers is the last out or a substitute at any time

All teams must have 2 copies of a WFC Roster. One will be turned in and other will be signed and returned. Then during all WFC games the head coach must have the WFC signed roster along with copys of birth cert.& team insurance the dugout thru out all WFC games played.
After a team turns in a WFC signed roster at check in, no players can be added. Brackets will be available at check in.

Coaches remember failure to turn in a signed WFC roster can lead to disqualification
In case of inclement weather all coaches must come to the fields to check in with WFC staff for any updated to the game schedule. Please do not CALL or go to the website for any updates because the WFC staff will be at the complexes with schedule updates. Remember rain will inconvenience everybody & everything. Still come to the complex as schedule and yes everyone might be inconvenience. We need teams waiting on the fields, not fields waiting on the teams.
Everyone should realize the schedule is subject to change. By teams dropping out, or adding teams, due to rain, lights not working, field damage, games going extra innings,mistake made in schedule, and many more reasons .EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK SCHEDULE DAILY BEFORE & DURING THE TOURNAMENT. Because of this, teams need to expect the possibility of late games on Any night and tournament format can be changed. All complexes are rented to WFC and their individual gate fees($5.00 a day), rules & regulations are in an effect.
